1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ticketstein ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform (Proof of Concept)
Ticketstein is an experimental, proof-of-concept (POC) ticketing platform. It is provided "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees of functionality, reliability, availability, or accuracy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
3. No Guarantees or Promises
- We do not guarantee that any ticket is valid, honored, or usable.
- We do not guarantee access to any event, venue, or service.
- We do not guarantee refunds, exchanges, or customer support.
- Transactions may fail, be delayed, or behave unpredictably.
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
4. Payments and Financial Risk
- All payments made through Ticketstein are final and non-refundable, unless we explicitly decide otherwise at our sole discretion.
- Funds may be processed, delayed, held, or lost due to technical or operational issues.
- Ticketstein is not a financial institution and does not guarantee safeguarding of funds.
- You acknowledge that money paid may not result in a valid ticket or service.
5. Role of Ticketstein
Ticketstein acts solely as a technical intermediary:
- We are not the organizer, host, or operator of events.
- We do not verify sellers, venues, or ticket validity.
- Any disputes are strictly between users and/or event organizers.
We are not responsible for:
- Event cancellations or changes
- Fraudulent listings
- Denied entry
- Venue-related issues
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ticketstein shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- This includes loss of money, data, access, reputation, or opportunity.
- Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any).
7. No Warranty
The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Continuous or error-free operation
8. User Responsibility
By using Ticketstein, you agree:
- You are solely responsible for verifying tickets and events.
- You assume all risks associated with transactions.
- You will not rely on the Platform for critical, guaranteed, or high-value transactions.
9. Abuse and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access at any time
- Remove listings or transactions
- Block users without explanation
10. Data and Privacy
We may collect and use data as needed to operate the Platform. We do not guarantee data security, storage, or recovery.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticketstein from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in a jurisdiction chosen solely by Ticketstein.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Final Acknowledgment
By using Ticketstein, you explicitly acknowledge:
- This is an experimental system.
- Nothing is guaranteed.
- You may lose money.
- You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
If you are not comfortable with any of the above, do not use Ticketstein.
